FAQ

Yes! We are fully insured with public liability insurance up to £5m. Whilst all work undertaken is done so with the upmost care, insurance is a must, providing peace of mind for both parties

In short: yes! With a vast experience of flatpack & furniture assembly and all manner of DIY tasks carried out over the years, you can be sure you’re in safe, & experienced, hands.

At the time of booking, we will let you know who will be attending & give you their ID & Vehicle details, so you know who to look out for. Our jobs are booked to fit your timeframe using our booking software and you will receive confirmation and reminder texts & emails. It goes without saying that we endeavour to arrive on time and to date we have only missed 3 appointments in total due to snow! But as we all know here in the West Country, there is always a chance of being stuck behind a tractor! Should this happen, we give you a call or a WhatsApp to let you know & give you an ETA.

For peace of mind, all of our assemblers are DBS and fully background checked.

If this is found at the time of delivery, notify the driver. Also notify the retailer so that they can replace damaged or missing parts. FPW carry limited spares, but we cannot be held responsible for damage or missing parts prior to assembly.

If we find damage when opening boxes or during assembly, we will point this out to you straight away. Our business is built on customer satisfaction so we will bring anything relevant to your attention & find a solution together.

We carry all equipment & tools required for any assembly or works, large or small. We may require water or electricity for some projects but we will make you aware of this prior to work commencing.

We are available for any size project within a short lead time, so if your project is urgent, just let us know & we will do whatever we can to be there when you need us.

Unfortunately, we are not licensed to dispose of waste so we will have to leave it with you. What we can do, is tidy up the mess & make sure the rubbish is sorted for recycling and / or general waste.
